[SOLVED] ZPanelX install/uninstall ?!

First of all i want to say congrats for releasing it to public
Well my problem is simple i guess, i installed the ZPanelX and forgot to see/note the user/pass it gave me on installation, so i decided to uninstall it and reinstall it again since i believed there is no way i can change the pass from the position i was.

Doing this thing was not that hard, i stopped the running programs of ZPanelX and uninstall it (hMailServer, ZPanelX 10.0.0) and @ServerStack it gave me an "error" saying that the files cannot be found. Cleaned the registry and i tried to install it again now.
But this time it didnt gave me the opportunity to config. it again (My name, my domain, etc). he is doing all the config alone very fast so i cant see any error or smth in that console.
But the problem is that after this the ZPanelX dont start :/ (i did restarts, still nothing)

Can you reinstall your system ? I think this can help you. Because as i can see (you need to provide more infos) that your server have some kind of cache.

my system ? u mean the OP (operational system) ?

well this cant be a choose since u cant just reinstall windows or w/e u use every time u want to reinstall ZPanelX

look in your zpanel folder directory, you should see a file called login_details. If you forget to write down the info during install, your usr and pass are stored there. No need to uninstall and reinstall.

If you decide you want to reinstall, remove files from add remove programs, then just rename the folder zpanel in the C drive. Reinstall ZpanelX and then restart. After restart remove the renamed folder, this should clear up problems with not being able to config again. I have done it this way many times in the past and even tried it with ZPanelX.

i removed the folder without renaming it , and it does not ask for config again.

Were you able to find the Login_details file?

Yes, I added the auto-generation of the ZPanel Login details in this version of ZPanel, this file can be found in the root of the ZPanel folder in:-

C:\ZPanel\Login_details.txt

For information in future guys, you can easily uninstall ZPanelX on Windows by doing the following:-

1) Stop ALL ZPanel related services in the 'Administrative Tools' > 'Services' tool meaning (Apache, MySQL, Crond, FileZilla Server, named, hMailServer)
2) Open up the 'Programs and Features' in the control panel and uninstall 'ZPanel Server Stack'

Then restart your server and all the services should be now gone from the 'Administrative Tools > Services' and the C:\ZPanel folder will no longer exist, you are now ready to re-install ZPanel on Windows again
