Following a team meeting this evening on Teamspeak we have decided on a public release date of the 1st of April 2012.

All going well you will all be able to get your hands on our 'next generation' version of ZPanel very soon!

We will also be running a closed two week beta in the middle of March where users will be able to register to receive a copy of the beta prior to release.

Officially the development team WILL NOT be releasing an 'upgrader' but some members of the beta trail may wish to write a script to merge databases etc but to be honest it will be extremely complex as EVERYTHING has changed so much in this new version.

Everyone would be expected to do a fresh install, obviously most people for the first six months of so may wish to use Zpanel 6.1.1 as it is known to be stable etc. - So web hosting providers should plan ZPX for their next server refresh etc.
